Personality:For someone who likes order in his life, working for Howard Stark has been an interesting lesson in chaos for Jarvis, but a challenge to which he has risen marvellously. He owes Stark a massive debt for saving him from being court martialed, but it did mean he was left with some rather… distasteful tasks. Much like Pepper for Howard’s son, Jarvis was generally responsible for tasks such as ensuring that Howard’s latest conquests were removed safely, leading to more than his fair share of bruises.
One of the key things about Jarvis is that he has a high level of integrity, willing to even go against Stark’s wishes if it meant that that integrity would be compromised. A lot has been taken from him; his pride, the ability to live in his own country freely with his wife, but he clings onto that integrity closely, and in many ways it makes him who he is.
He is very precise in everything his does, everything in it’s own place. You could probably blame his army career for that, but it would be there even without that. He has his own routine, and woe betide anyone who disturbs that without due cause. But that precision can pay off, as he does anything he puts his mind to very well.
He truly is the epitome of Britishness, from his three piece woollen suits to his somewhat quaint mannerisms, to his need for tea above all other drinks. He adores Peggy as much for being British as being who she is. It can be charming and frustrating at the very same time, especially when he is around non-Brits regularly.
He is the kind of person who likes to feel useful, even if it is only to make a cup of tea, or to sew up a nasty wound. He hates doing nothing - it simply isn’t in his make up. He will fuss if nothing else. It was what led him to work with Peggy more, even changing his normal routine for the sake of helping. It’s what a good butler does, after all - helps. When it comes to it, he is capable of making the difficult decisions, and doing what needs to be done - for instance, when it came to the possibility of having to shoot down and kill Howard Stark, admittedly he was the only pilot in the group, but even if he wasn’t, he would have insisted he did it, though he would have hated every single moment of it and never forgiven himself.
When he arrives in Teleios, he will be a little bemused at having to repay a debt to society - he figures that since he is currently living in the States, he has already repaid that in abundance. Other than that, he will be embarrassed at his debt being visible to everyone - he would far rather that were kept quiet, hidden away where no one else could see it. He will view Teleios with some horror at first, though at least a Stark in the form of Tony and Peggy Carter there will give him some sense of normality. Well. As normal as you can ever get when a Stark is involved.
Powers/Abilities: Jarvis is human, with no special powers. He is a capable engineer when he has to be, has some skills as physician - fixing Mr Stark’s and Agent’s Carter’s wounds is no easy feat, but his best skill has to be either his tea making ability, or his souffle making skills. Both of which are available on demand.
Appearance: Making a 3 piece suit look good

[He could even tell which ones would cause problems as soon as he met them, and his instincts had been proven right so far.]
No, miss. Mr Stark is not here. [Pause.] What possible reason could I have to lie to you? [Pause.] Please, miss. I… No, there is no point in you ‘coming round’. There is simply no one at the apartment.
No. I’m sure Mr Stark will give you a call as soon as… No, no, please don’t cry. Please. [Sigh]
Of course, I’ll tell him. [Puts phone down.]
Mr Stark? Your latest… conquest has been trying to contact you again.

He stood stock still as he watched her and Miss Martinelli leave the apartment, as if unsure what to do now. He knew he’d done the right thing in giving her the sample of blood - what else could he do? She was the only one who had any right to decide what happened to Captain America’s blood, and after what had happened to Mr Stark… well, it was obvious they were going to have to make more of an effort to reign in his natural instinct to invent. At least a little.
After a moment he moved, bending down to pick up a piece of fluff that had blown into the apartment, before heading to the door, locking it up behind him. It would be a few days before they moved in, giving him enough time to ensure that everything was spick and span. Something to do while Mr Stark was… occupied.
His mind kept wandering, focusing on the last few days… weeks… months, and how much his life had changed. How could one woman, a woman who wasn’t even his own wife make so much of an impression? He understood in that moment just how Captain America had fallen for her, and he smiled, just a little. What adventures would they be led into next? He couldn’t wait to find out.
